The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a total of 4 beds.

The “Master Bedroom” has 1 king size bed, a 55-inch TV, a walk-in closet and a private walk-in bathroom. The Masterbedroom overlooks the covered terrace and the pool.

The “Blue Room” or couple’s suite has direct view to the pool and it includes a queen bed, a dedicated work desk, and a closet. This bedroom shares a bathroom with the “Orange Room”.

The “Orange Room” has 2 full beds, a lazy corner for reading and views to the front of the house.

The family kitchen is equipped with high end appliances and everything you need for a wonderful stay (refrigerator, stove, microwave, garbage disposal, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, utensils, placemats, etc).

The screened heated swimming pool has a large screened-in sun deck with lounge chairs. You will enjoy a great time in the pool relaxing in between theme parks. You can also enjoy the covered terrace with the family while preparing a nice BBQ at our outdoor grill. The privacy fence around the house provides the privacy you deserve to enjoy the patio and the huge pool.

The ample Living Room has a large sofa that accommodates 7 people and two additional lazy chairs. Also, it has access to the covered terrace and pool.

The smart home has a Nest device for the central AC, a keyless entry lock, and a 2 Car garage with a control for the Car.
