Although you won't need it, there is a digital safe in the closet for your use.

3Whether traveling with another couple, as a family with children, or enjoying a girls' getaway trip, the second bedroom will comfortably accommodate three people. The built-in closet system and tall chest of drawers and direct access to the second bathroom (which has an over-sized vanity) make it a very comfortable room to share. Flat-screen TV, cable, and DVD players are also located in this bedroom.

After years of vacationing on Seven-Mile Beach, we purchased our beautiful home-away-from-home in 2017. We completed a full renovation in November 2018, and we are excited to make our home available for you to enjoy. We hail from Atlanta, Georgia, but when we discovered Grand Cayman in 2009, it immediately felt like home. We were so excited to be able to snorkel right off of the beach. Our love of the ocean led us to try SCUBA diving, and we've logged hundreds of dives in Grand Cayman as well as other parts of the Caribbean. You will not be disappointed in all that Grand Cayman has to offer.

Policies and Rules

The front-office staff at the on-site management office will handle check-in procedures and help with baggage, if necessary. Check-in time may possibly be earlier if there is no one departing the unit on the same day you arrive. Check-out time may possibly be flexible if no one checking in on the same day you depart.

Payment Policy
50% Deposit Required at the time of booking. Balance Due upon arrival.
EXCEPTION: Christmas & New Year holiday reservations — balance due before September 15th (and is non-refundable after that date)
Refundable Damage Deposit
Reservations of three or fewer nights require full payment at the time of booking. All other reservations require a 50% deposit upon booking, with the balance due upon arrival. Deposit will be refunded if reservation is cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival, except for reservations that fall within the Christmas/New Years Holiday.

Christmas/New Years Holiday bookings are to be paid in full by September 15. No refund if not cancelled prior to September 15.

Children 12 years and under are free. Rates are subject to change without notice. Trip Insurance is strongly recommended.

May 1 to November 23 & November 30 to December 18, 2019: Every 4 nights gets the 5th night FREE.

In 2020, May 1 to November 21 and November 28 to December 18, every 6 nights gets the 7th night FREE.
Cancellation Policy
Notice must be given prior to: September 15th (for Christmas/New Year Holiday Season reservations).

All other seasons, all deposits and payments are NON REFUNDABLE if reservation is cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival.

Trip Insurance is strongly advised.
House Rules
No smoking (or vaping) in the condo or on the balconies. No loud parties. No pets.

Getting around

A rental car is advised for your visit (we recommend Andy's), although you can get around the island without one. There is a very convenient public bus that is easy to use, and you can take a Taxi from the airport for $30/one-way. Groceries (at Foster's IGA) and wine/beer/spirits (at Jacque Scott) can be obtained five minutes to the North by bus or car. Upon request in advance, the on-site management can arrange for delivery of groceries to you (additional charges apply).
