Apartment is the lower level, walkout with it's own private entrance, queen bedroom, full bath w/walk-in shower, kitchenette, full size pool table & laundry. The woods border the back yard for extra privacy. Conveniently located at 435 & Holmes Rd, where you can quickly get anywhere you need to go in the KC area.

I am retired and have been operating a Short Term Rental/Apartment for 4+ years, in the lower half of my home. Guests have a private walkway to the entrance around the back of the property. I have thoroughly enjoyed this experience and hope to continue for many years.
