Check In: 5PM - Flexible

Your entry door is the BACK DOOR. Touch the keypad deadbolt and it will show you some random numbers. Touch those numbers and the entire keypad will light up. Enter the last 4 digits of your phone number and the lock will open. When you leave, touch the keypad then touch the lock symbol.

Minimum age limit for renters: 18

Maximum occupancy: 8

There are three queen beds in the three bedrooms. There is a sofa bed in the lower unit living room. There is an additional charge for more than six occupants.

House Rules

Not child-proofed, but not kid "unfriendly". No smoking or vaping. No pets. No parties or events. Keep the place and contents in the condition it was in at check-in.

Payment Policy

The full monthly amount is due a week before check-in and is non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to the day payment is due. Once paid, the reservation is non-refundable. If you've paid and you won't be occupying for all or part of your reservation, we'll open the listing and if we get guests, we can pro-rate your reservation after the other reservation is completed.
