Overview

Family friendly, 2400 sf w 2 large areas of living space perfect for 2 families with 3 bedrooms plus loft.
- First level: One car garage, laundry area
- Second level: Living quarters with full bath and two bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Plus Game room w/bar, library
- Third level: Master bedroom with full bath and loft with 3 twin beds with ceiling fan
- Large, sunny wooden deck with Outdoor Dining/BBQ
-WIFI, AC available for $50
- Access to BLS Pool, lake with beach and floating docks, and Rec area.The kitchen is equipped with stove/oven/microwave, coffee maker, French Press, Bullet smoothie blender, and toaster.

Game room is in addition to living room and offers bar, library, games, puzzles, foosball, darts.

There are stairs in the house to go from garage to main living and then to Main bedroom and loft area.

Central AC is available for an extra $50 fee.

The driveway is a slight uphill slope. In case of heavy snow, we have snow plow references if you would like to pay to have driveway cleared prior to arrival.

Getting around

Super convenient, within 10 minutes of house: Explore Big Trees State Park, hike the Arnold Rim Trail (highly recommend the Top of the World trail at sunset), dine at the many local restaurants (Sarafina being the best Italian ever, must have reservation), or visit the Logging Museum at White Pines Lake. Big Trees Supermarket is down the hill. Wine tasting in historic downtown Murphys is 15 min away, and Bear Valley Ski Resort is 30 minutes drive.

Air conditioning is available upon request for a $45 extra fee. Blue Lake Springs is the premier recreation facility in the area. The facilities include small lake with beach area and floating docks, a swimming pool with lounge seating, tennis courts, badminton court, bocce and shuffleboard, basketball courts, ping pong, beach volleyball, horseshoe pits, picnic tables, snack bar, Snowflake Lodge Restaurant, Lodge and Fly-In Acres lake is closest to cabin. Offers three floating docks and a large beach area. Quiet and gorgeous! Open from Memorial Day weekend thru Labor Day weekend. Activities may include swimming lessons, water aerobics, lap swimming, inner tube water polo, movie nights, fly fishing classes, bingo, pizza nights, and family night swims. There are guest fees that apply for entrance on a daily ($15/pp) or weekly basis ($90/pp). Family rates are $75/day, $300/week. Enjoy other lakes close by: White Pines Lake. In town close by with dirt trail around the lake - approx 1.5 miles around. Good fishing, nice disc golf course around lake. Great logging museum. Playground and exercise par course. Alpine Lake. In Bear Valley, majestic lake at higher elevation.
