Overview

10-15 min to downtown, 16-20 min from airport. Peaceful views of the Lighthouse! Lot includes 14.5 mile bike path. Cozy home with modern kitchen and 1.5 person jacuzzi tub upstairs. 4 Large beds + 3 large air mattresses + 2 large couches for family gatherings. Homes sits on a huge lot in cute Riverside neighborhood. Check my home's reviews! Frequently host reunions, etc.
My home includes excellent coffee, tea options, eggs, cereal, and waffles. Several coffee makers, an electric water kettle, filtered water, a juicer, and a Vitamix on hand. Sweeteners creamers available by request. I'm happy to share my home with your group. The home has 1 King bed, 3 Queen beds, 3 queen air mattresses, and 2 couches large enough for a 6' 1" foot person to comfortably sleep.

Exterior-only motion cameras installed to protect guests and prevent unauthorized parties and guests, as my home had been trashed on more than one occasion.

* SECURITY DEPOSIT: Airbnb nor I will take any money as a security deposit from you unless I file a claim shortly after you check out. These are the rules of Airbnb and I think they are fair. Please take care of my house as if it was your own. If you break anything or anything is missing you will be responsible for it.

Smoking pot or cigarettes inside = $100-200 fee per room affected. Cigarettes found anywhere on the property after your stay (besides inside the outdoor trash bin) will incur a fee of $100-$400 for clean up. Take care of the house and its content. Thank you :-)

City buses travel on Bullock Ave in East Providence up to the city if you need. An uber or Lyft ride to Providence downtown or Brown should cost only $10-15.

For your convenience, please note the house rules:

*No smoking of any kind within 15 ft of my home's doors, or open windows,
*quiet hours from 10pm-7am,
*visitors and any extra guests must be noticed and paid for before arrival, double fines apply for sneaking in guests,
* leave the shoes by the door, unless medically unable,
* FYI: the jacuzzi tub upstairs has a drain function that includes a very noisy "vacuum pump". Don't be startled :-) .

Notes

Please walk down and check out the bike trail and the waters edge. You can walk down from the bike trail to a couple small beaches. NOTE: beach access for those with disabilities is down at a few further points, such as Sabin Point Park, or either nearby in Barrington, or a number of other places. The beach directly below the home stretches out for about 400-500 feet or so. For this close one, from the bike path just below the home you go over an easy wooden fence, and down a very small hill, 10 feet or so. Rhode Island also has dozens of various types of beaches, such as the several ocean beaches in Newport, or Narragansett. Do some web searches to find the ones that best fulfills your beach needs.
