Tampering or covering them is strictly prohibited. - Breaking any house rules is ground for immediate termination of your stay Fees & Penalties: - Any late check out is subjected to a late check out fee of $100 USD. - If your late checkout exceeds two hours we will charge your for an additional day. This does not award you possession of the property for an additional day, it is a penalty assessed for holding up our next guest.
