Less than 3 miles from Deerfield Beach's beaches, shops, restaurants and nightspots, and a short drive to Pompano Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton and Delray Beach.

Relax on the patio or in the hot tub after a long day at the beach. On those cooler nights, enjoy a cocktail while sitting around the fire pit. Our comfy Florida Room is a beachcomber's delight.

Fully equipped kitchen. Spa tub in bathroom. Patio with spacious outdoor seating, gas grill, hot tub and firepit. Beach chairs, towels and umbrella provided. High speed 600 Mbps internet and new Wi-Fi 6 router.

Your well behaved pets are welcome, and will enjoy a large fenced-in yard with ample sun and shady areas.

This is not a party house! The property is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours between 10pm and 8am.

Absolutely positively no smoking of any substance by any means including vaping or e-cigarettes. Evidence of smoking will result in a forfeiture of your entire security deposit.

Maximum of 4 overnight guests, per city ordinance.

Parking for 2 cars, maximum.

Payment Policy

50% deposit required to reserve dates, balance plus tax due 30 days before check-in.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Security deposit refunded within 7 days of check-out (generally sooner).

Cancellation Policy

Full refund up to 30 days prior to check-in. No refund within 30 days of check-in.

However, if you cancel within 30 days of check-in, we will refund part or all of your reservation if we can rent the property to someone else for all or part of your reservation.
