3. Absolutely NO Smoking or vaping in the house. There will be a fine for $500 if smoking is detected.

We're sorry, but we cannot offer late checkout in the summer months. Additional charges may apply if housekeeping arrives and you are not promptly out of the home


6. What's Provided
Sheets, pillows/pillowcases, bedspreads/blankets, and bath towels.
Kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, French Press, toaster, dishes, glasses, basic supply of pots & pans, Electric Griddle, Electric Kettle, cooking and eating utensils.
A courtesy starter pack of paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, etc. will be provided, however, be sure to add these items to your shopping list, as we do not supply these items for your entire stay.

7. What to Bring
Bathing Soaps, toothpaste or any specific personal product
Bring any special utensils, cooking items, spices and/or condiments.
Additional pool/beach towels


8. Property Tips/Guidelines

Please report damages, maintenance or housekeeping concerns so they may be recorded and addressed in a timely manner.
PLEASE observe the local "Noise Ordinance" between 9:00 PM & 8:00 AM nightly in consideration of other guests. NO parties.


9. Before You Leave
Don't forget to log out of the TV Apps
Leave all linens on the bed and towels in the bath. A fee will be charged for missing items.

Clean and put away all dishes. Double-check outdoor areas for dishes.
Clean out the refrigerator completely - perishable food should be thrown away.

Please leave the house and outdoor areas tidy. Place all trash in outside receptacles.

10. In summer, set the thermostats A/C to 74 degrees with fan on Auto.
In winter, set the thermostats heat at 60 degrees with fan on Auto.

11. Turn off all inside and outside lights.
VERY IMPORTANT! Lock all windows, sliding glass doors, and all exterior doors.

Please double check all areas for personal belongings. We cannot be held responsible for any items left behind.

12. NO TAMPERING WITH EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERA

These cameras are actively recording both audio and video of the front and back of the property. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of this camera is grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever.
