We live right on the outskirts of Nashville just over the Robertson/Davidson county line. All of the relaxation associated with country living, but close to Nashville scene. A short 15-mile drive to downtown Nashville. Less than a 5-minute drive to Smiley Hollow and two blocks from the golf course! Guests will have access to our entire property grounds to include an outdoor fireplace/kitchen, a hot tub, an outdoor 4-person barrel sauna and an in-ground salt water pool with water slide! Pool fun and towels are even included!

Guests have sole use of all outdoor amenities on the property which includes the salt water pool with waterslide, the outdoor kitchen, outdoor two-story wood burning fireplace, 6-person hot tub, and 4-person outdoor barrel sauna. There is also an enclosed trampoline and an abundance of outdoor games available for our guests. We offer rest and relaxation for any type of traveller!

This is the best place for families to be able to kick back and enjoy with their children. We do have a pack 'n' play that we can set-up for our little guests under 2 yrs of age.

If accepted, there are additional charges for use of the property for events in which there will be more guests than the ones booked directly for the guest house. Please work out the details with the hosts in advance of your stay if you expect to hold an event on property.

No smoking allowed

Smoking is not allowed in the guest house. If you smoke outside, please make sure you dispose of any used cigarettes in the trash rather than on the ground. Thanks so much!

There are two paved parking spaces are available directly in front of the guest house. Additional off the street parking is also available for guest use if there are multiple vehicles.

The guest house and outdoor kitchen/fireplace is handicap accessible an on a single level. Note, the guest house bathroom does not have a widened doorway and the shower is a walk in.

We bought our house in Greenbrier, TN, when my work brought us back to Tennessee in 2014. We love our wonderful small community and being so close to Nashville. I travel throughout the week all over the US as I work in cancer research. Being that my company covers my frequent Hilton and Marriott wasn't until we took our daughter to Notre Dame's basketball camp, that I tried Airbnb for the first time. I had an "aha" moment after meeting the lovely hosts...and thought "why couldn't I do a vacation rental in my space?". Fast forward a month, and I converted my already nice office space into a comfy apartment. I take pride in how we decorated down to each detail in efforts to ensure we have all of the amenities (and more) that someone would expect from a 5-star hotel.

We quickly achieved superhost status on Airbnb's platform along with 5-star reviews on HomeAway and other posted vacation rental sites. However, we recognized the impact that their excessive extra use fees are causing on both the host and traveler. In turn, we have decided to join the Houfy venture to offer our guest house rental with no additional booking charges. We welcome the opportunity to share our little slice of heaven with you!

Policies and Rules

Check In: 3PM - 11PM

The check-in process is relatively easy as we meet the guests in the guest house and briefly show you the outdoor areas. You will rarely see us beyond that as we are outside in the early evening to turn on the outdoor lighting. For check-out, we kindly ask that the dishwasher is started, the bed sheets are placed on the floor, the used towels are placed on the floor and the trash to be taken out to the guest house outdoor trash can.

Our house rules are as follows:
- Pool and Sauna Hours - 7am - 11pm
- No parties without prior approval and separate fee agreement
- No smoking inside the guest house
- Please adhere to the check-out procedures

Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

We have a strict rental policy in which 100% refund is available for guests who change their travel plans at least 30 days in advance of their stay. A 50% refund is provided to guests who cancel their planned stay in between 14-30 days of their arrival date. No refund is provided for last minute cancellations which are requested within 2 weeks of arrival.
