Country Cottage by the Pool! - Abilene

NO lifeguard on duty, all children must be supervised by an adult at all times in or out of the pool area. Host/Owner is NOT responsible for any accidents, injury or death on the premises which includes the pool. Life jackets/float devices are NOT provided, please bring your own. All adults must sign the printed waiver & include names/ages of all guests taking full responsibility of all guests & their actions. Guests including children are NOT allowed under any circumstances to use the trampoline in the backyard. This is private property & is not to be used by guests. Guests are NOT allowed to cross fences or enter into corrals or buildings with livestock. Host/Owner is NOT responsible for any accidents, injury or death on the premises if animals or livestock are involved. Please DO NOT feed animals or livestock. NO pets allowed. However, if an exception is made the host/owner is NOT responsible for any accidents, injury or death of pets brought on the premises by guests. All pets must be approved by host/owner. Pets must NOT harm or harass livestock. Quiet time is from 10pm-7am. Guests are NOT allowed to enter into shop or any other buildings or structures. My family and I live here so we will be on the premises most of the time if not the entire time. We will respect your privacy & give you your space. The pool area is shared. The yard area is shared. Carport parking is shared. Guests will have one side of the carport area. We live in the country, be mindful & always watch for snakes while on the premises. Do NOT go near the large oak tree in the front yard/circle driveway, there is a large active bee hive in the trunk of the tree.
