House Rules

2-night Minimum; 4-night minimum stays required for major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's and the 4th of July).

We supply and require a signed rental agreement & copy of ID prior to any confirmed bookings.

No parties/events

Max Occupancy: 6

Upon request, an early check-in or late check-out may be arranged based on availability.

No smoking allowed in rooms or indoors. Please Note: a $250 cleaning fee per day will be charged for violations.

Payment Policy

Security Deposit required to secure the booking.
$400 for weekend stays
$500 for week/month stays
Full payment due 30 days before arrival. If arriving before 30 days then full amount is due at time of booking.

Refundable Damage Deposit

$400 security deposit is refunded within 4 days after departure.

Cancellation Policy

100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
50% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.
