Copper Haven - Broken Bow

Completed in May 2022, Copper Haven is a brand new, 1 bedroom/1.5 bathroom, modern luxury cabin. We are located on 1.1 acres at the back of the development in Hickory Ridge, a forested neighborhood with only 12 properties. Enjoy endless forest views off the back porch, as the neighboring property is undeveloped. Our location is secluded enough for you to relax, but only minutes away from the main attractions.

THE CABIN:
Enjoy the well-equipped kitchen with one-of-a-kind custom cabinets, a beautiful sage tile backsplash and island, stainless steel appliances, and a modern farmhouse sink. It is the perfect place to cook a meal to be enjoyed by all. We offer coffee lovers a grinder, a 12-cup coffeemaker, a Keurig, and a French Press. A bench built into the backside of the island provides additional seating at the dining room table when needed. The kitchen opens to the living area, with a free-standing seasonal fireplace being the focal point of this great space, along with a 50-inch smart TV. You will find a comfy sofa and chair, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax and catch up or play games.

The primary bedroom has a comfortable king-sized bed with a Casper mattress and a private en-suite bathroom. This spa-inspired bathroom boasts a gorgeous walk-in rainfall shower and his and hers double sinks. The bedroom has a USB charging dock (bring your cords), a Dohm white noise machine, and a 42-inch smart TV. Bring up to 2 children at no extra cost, but please bring your pack-n-play, cot, or blow-up mattress and linens. We do have extra blankets and pillows stored in the laundry room.

Every room has French doors that open up onto the back-covered patio. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch or the covered back patio overlooking the quiet scenery of the forest. The private deck looks out onto undeveloped forest property with a secluded feel. It has a seating area, a 4-person hot tub, a seasonal gas log fireplace, a Weber propane grill, and a 55-inch smart TV. With over 500 sq ft of covered deck space, there is room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the outdoors. Step off the back deck and enjoy a game of cornhole, roast some marshmallows on the fire pit or relax under the stars. *Please note that firewood is not provided.
