Unique unit in Playa del Carmen with rooftop pool close to Fifth Ave (but away from the noise), beach and shopping including Walmart and Mega (Grocery Store) and countless restaurants are all a short walk away!

Full use of entire unit including terrace with seating and all the rooftop amenities.

Lots of great little hole in the wall local places to eat, there's more to Playa del Carmen than just 5th Ave, chances are you will get better food and prices OFF 5th Ave!

Playa del Carman is very walkable, taxis are everywhere as well as colectivos, will provide info on bike rentals as well!

NO smoking inside the unit, you are welcome to smoke outside with the patio door closed.
