Contractor Accommodation with Free Parking - Oakland Park

We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or demands from rude, disrespectful, and/or discourteous guests. We will not hesitate to terminate your stay at our discretion if you continue to harass/verbally abuse our staff. EARLY CHECK-INS are not guaranteed. Airbnb allows you to choose a preferred check in time, but it is ultimately up to the host to approve any check-ins before 4pm. An accepted request to book does not mean your early check-in time was approved. You will need to send us a message asking us if you can check in early. LATE CHECKOUTS must be approved by the management team. If you stay past your 11am check out time without approval, you will automatically be charged for the next night's stay at the full listing price. MAINTENANCE Understand that we are at the mercy of the property management maintenance team for most general "fix-it" requests. We ask that all of our guests are patient and understanding in regards to this. If a previous guest has damaged something minor and we were unable to fix it before check in, it will be reported to the complex staff, but it is dependent of the maintenance team's schedule. Example: blinds, curtains, and lightbulbs fall under the "non-emergency" maintenance category and won't be completed until they've addressed any emergency requests around the property first. PETS under 30 lbs are allowed on a case by case basis. We do charge a $15/day pet fee. There is also a fee of $300 if the pet heavily wears on the home or causes property damage. Please clean up after your pet including their waste. A $200 fee will be charged for pet waste not cleaned up. EXTRA SERVICES We offer mid-stay cleanings at a discounted price upon request. Please let us know if you would like to request a mid-stay cleaning. KEYS If a key is not returned, lost and/or damaged, the following fees will occur. The guest will be charged $35 for a new key. PARTIES The complex enforces a strict no-parties/noise violation policy to all residents. This includes all Airbnb guests as well. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined up to $450. Any violations from the building and/or the city caused by the guests will also be the responsibility of the guests to pay. If our operation loses money because of your act of negligence, late checkout, misbehavior and we have to pay the next guest a refund or we loose a booking because of this, there will be additional charges to compensate for this loss. SMOKING This is a smoke free unit. Smoking inside of the property is not allowed. If the inside of the unit has a smoke smell and/or if there is evidence of smoking in the unit (including single not lit smoking items) after your check out, then there will be a smoking fee of $250. CLEANING Our cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest (example: someone who cleans up after themselves, puts the dishes in the dishwasher, towels in the washer, leaves the space how they found it, etc). This is NOT a hotel. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, we will charge an additional fee of $150. FURNITURE Please do not move or rearrange the furniture inside or outside of the unit.
