The condo is located at Palm Canyon Villas, a development known for its well-maintained grounds, tall palm trees, and a comfortable resort feel. The residents and tenants are primarily 40 and older, and the atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. It’s a great location with:

The large master bedroom has a king size bed and features an attached bathroom and an office area. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, comfortable for one or two people, and has its own bathroom right outside the door. The balcony patio has a table with seating for 4, with a view of the pool but set back enough to give you privacy.

For guests that like to cook, the kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities you need to prepare a great meal. For your entertainment, there are two 42″ flat screen TV’s with HD cable programming, or choose from the DVD library, Netflix, and Amazon Prime. Also included is high-speed wifi internet, phone with free calling within the USA and Canada, and a full size washer and dryer.
