Overview

We can’t wait to host you at Coastal Escape in Daytona Beach Shores in our newly renovated and stylishly furnished 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo! It’s right across the street from the ocean with great ocean and river views from our 6th floor. Sunsets are some of the most amazing we’ve seen!
Master has a King bed and 2nd BR has 2 twin beds. The couch and chair in LR pull out to a full and twin sleepers.
You can walk to the beach in just 5 minutes.
Newly updated and furnished 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo with amazing ocean and river views. Wait until you see the sunsets!

The WiFi works great through the whole condo. The living room has a pull out couch and pull out chair. The 65” smart tv is a great spot to watch your fav movie or show with your family!

The master bedroom has a king size bed with 50” smart TV with cable. USB plugs located on the night stands. A private master bathroom with double vanity is connected to the bedroom.

The Twin room has 2 twin beds and a 43” smart TV with cable. USB plugs for the devices. The hall bathroom is just outside of the twin room.

The kitchen has everything you need for an enjoyable stay whether your cooking each night or just enjoying cocktails and a charcuterie board. There is a Publix grocery store and ABC liquor store just 2 miles north on S Atlantic Ave.

There are plenty of great restaurants nearby. A few of our favorites are Crabby Joe’s on the pier (a 3 block drive), Aunt Catfish’s on the River (on the other side of the river at the base of the bridge), Genovese’s Italian cafe has great pizza that delivers or you can dine in. Located a mile from Coastal Escape near the Dunlawton Bridge. A few more to mention are Off the Hook, Hidden Treasures, (both toward Ponce Inlet), and Jimmy Hula’s for great tacos.

A 20 minute drive to Daytona Beach International Airport and the Daytona 500 Speedway. 1 hour and 20 minute drive to Orlando International Airport and Disney World and other theme parks.

Check in is 3 pm. Check out is 10 am (Website hidden by Airbnb) 10pm - 7am is quiet time. Please do not tamper with any of the smart devices, WiFi, modem, router, etc (Website hidden by Airbnb) Some basic expectations: *Accidents happen, please report all damages. *No Smoking *No Parties *No Pets *Please wash the sand off before coming in the condo. There is a hose outside to use. *No excessive noise outside after 10 pm. Please be considerate of neighbors. *No unregistered guests - must be accounted for in the reservation or via special arrangement. *Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. This applies to both drugs and internet activity (Website hidden by Airbnb) By booking, guest agrees to pay a security deposit prior to check in. Booking guest acknowledges that access to property will be denied until deposit is paid in full or reservation is forfeited without refund. Payment is collected via (Hidden by Airbnb) and is potentially fully refundable if all rules are honored. It is your responsibility to make sure ALL guests in the group honor all House Rules, as the deposit is based on that. The refundable security deposit is $300 and is required for all bookings. It's fully refundable if the rules are honored (basically no parties, no damage, leave it in good condition). Late checkouts and early check-ins can be accommodated on an individual basis and have a flat rate of $100. The allowance is up to two hours and availability will exclusively depend on existing bookings. There will be $50 charge for every 30 minutes past checkout time if not pre-approved by hosts. The condo has its own rules and regulations that you must abide by and agree to when you get to the condo. They are listed below: OCEAN TERRACE CLUB RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR RENTERS AND GUESTS 1. Guests and lessees must register upon (Email hidden by Airbnb) plete the Ocean Terrace Club Guest/Rental Registration form, obtain parking permit to display on dashboard, and read and acknowledge the OTC Rules and Regulations for Renters and Guests form. Complete and leave a signed and dated copy with Unit Number of the forms for the OTC office manager in the basket. 2. Loud, unruly, or violent behavior will not be tolerated. Anyone displaying such behavior and disturbing the peace will be removed immediately from the premises by a law enforcement officer. 3. Ocean Terrace Club is a secured building and only authorized individuals should be permitted. Please do not leave the lobby door unattended when loading or unloading. Do not allow unknown guests entry by holding or opening the door. 4. The unit owner is responsible for providing the keys to the unit and common area doors. 5. All leases are to be a maximum of 5 people per unit (including all adults and children) and must be accompanied by one adult 25 (twenty-five) years of age or older. Leases must be faxed or emailed to Ocean Terrace Club office prior to occupancy. OTC requires a minimum six consecutive overnight stay per lease agreement. Maximum occupancy of five people per unit. 6. The unit owners and rental agencies are responsible for all rental advertisements, social media, and other publications to include and enforce the maximum unit occupancy of 5 people and the six consecutive overnight stay requirements. 7. Unit owners are responsible for their lessees and can be fined for any rule or regulation violations. 8. Any damage to the common areas may result in forfeiture of security deposit to pay for such damages. Unit owners or their rental agencies are responsible for collecting security deposits from renters. 9. Return all luggage and grocery carts shortly after you have unloaded your items. The two grocery carts are to be returned to the mail room and the luggage cart is to be returned to the laundry room on the first floor next to the office. 10. Parking: each unit has one assigned parking space. Park in your unit’s designated space only and do not use any numbered space other than the one assigned to the unit in which you are staying. The unnumbered parking spaces at the overflow parking lot on the West side of the tennis court are for visitors, and a parking pass must be displayed on the dashboard to avoid being towed. 11. No trailers or commercial vehicles allowed in parking lot. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed. Contractors should be directed to use the designated parking space by the owner or office manager. 12. Wash sand off your feet, shoes, and beach items before entering the building and using the front steps. There is a wash area to the North of the entrance in front of the generator. 13. No storage of any items in stairwells or hallways. Each unit has an assigned storage area. Hallways and stairways should always remain clear. 14. Smoking is not allowed in any part of the building, except on your private balcony and designated area at the pool. 15. Underage children are not permitted in the pool area unless accompanied by an adult 18 (eighteen) years of age or older. Children not toilet trained are required to wear the following while in the pool: a disposable swim diaper, plastic pants to cover the diaper, and a swimsuit. 16. Do not hang any items such as towels, bathing suits, etc. over the balconies or hallway railings. 17. Unless the unit owner offers the use of their laundry card, one may be purchased at the 1st floor laundry room at a cost of $5. The card is reloadable, and the machine only takes $5, $10, and $20 dollar bills. No change is given. 18. Unit Owners and Renters may use the washing machine and dryer of the unit floor they occupy. In the event the washer or dryer is out of service for the unit floor, they may use the next level floor machines. 19. Pets are not permitted. Reasonable accommodation will be provided for service dogs. Dogs must be leashed when being walked and pet waste properly disposed. Owners are legally responsible for control of their pets. 20. No charcoal, propane, or electric grills, or cooking of any kind permitted on balconies. 21. Ocean Terrace Club is not handicap accessible. 22. The tennis court is to be used for playing tennis and pickle ball. 23. In case of emergency, call 911. For non-emergencies or issues contact the Office Manager located in the first floor office, south end of the building during office hours.
