Enjoy breezy views of the Gulf from the oversized deck, kitchen, dining & living rooms. Share meals or sip your coffee from the upper deck & hear the waves. The lower outdoor space is complete with a shower, swings, picnic table & charcoal BBQ. Our cabin is located off a beach access road (Boyt Rd) and is less than 4-minute walk to the beach! With 3 bedrooms, 2 baths & laundry, the space is perfect for couples, families, or a small group of friends looking for a beach getaway!

The Space
Our "Coastal Chic Cabin" is a stylish 3 bedroom / 2 bath home in the quiet Ocean Shores neighborhood. This bright 1350 sq ft home currently has no neighbors in lots on either side. It features fun beach décor throughout, an open concept kitchen, dining & living room space with large windows & doors facing the Gulf of Mexico. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed, 50-inch smart TV, dresser + closet with en suite bathroom. The 2nd Bedroom features a queen bed, dresser + closet & 50-inch smart TV. 3rd Bedroom has 2 bunk beds (4 twins) and dresser + closet. Great for couples, 2 families, or a small group of friends looking for an amazing beach getaway with easy access to sand and surf - accommodating up to 8 comfortably. Living room, kitchen and patio tables have seating that can accommodate all 8 guests. The upstairs is only accessible by stairs (no lift).

Fully stocked home - everything you need for your stay!
For a worry-free stay, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with peninsula, open concept dining room & living room. The dining table seats 8 guests with plenty of elbow room. The large, walk-in pantry provides you with so many shelves to store your groceries! All dishes, utensils & cookware are provided. The laundry room has a front load HE washer and dryer. We also have a large selection of board games and kid books for your enjoyment.

Cabin has Dish Network, Wi-Fi & tv streaming services, along a Blu-ray DVD player & a large selection of DVD movies in the living room.

No animals and no smoking in the home - Sorry!

Outdoor Space
For outdoor living, enjoy a spacious, semi-covered deck with couch, chairs & large dining table for 8 people to enjoy meals outside. Admire the water while enjoying coffee on the couch or feasting at the table. Downstairs has an over-sized picnic table, swings & a park style charcoal grill for those fun grill outs. Beach gear for your use (located in outdoor storage): 6 beach chairs, wagon, small cooler, and sand toys are provided.

Location
Walk to the beach in under 4 minutes or drive with vehicle/golf cart in under a minute. Our house is 10 mins to Bolivar/Galveston Auto Ferry, 10 mins to the BIG Store (supermarket) & 40 mins to Winnie, TX. A $10 beach permit (valid Jan 1- Dec 31, available at many stores in town) allows you to simply drive & park on all of Crystal Beach. The beach area by our beach cabin is much wider & usually less populated.

We welcome you to stay at our home away from home. Both with air conditioning & heat, our cabin can be used year round. Come enjoy all that this beach cabin can offer!!

Parking Included

Parking is located in front of house, on concrete driveway before garage and on grass. Guests are allowed to park up to 4 cars. UTV & golf cart trailers allowed. Parking in the street, adjacent lots or under the home is NOT permitted.

Getting around

Take Texas State Highway 87, turn onto Boyt Rd (to the east towards Gulf of Mexico), 9 streets down turn left onto Ocean View Drive. 5 houses on the right is our cabin.

From Bolivar/Galveston Auto Ferry (10 mins), right onto Boyt Rd.

From Winnie, TX (45 minutes), left onto Boyt Rd.

You'll know you are close to Boyt Rd. when you see the large water tower (looks like a soft serve ice cream cone)!
