Conveniently located on James Island, this two bed, 1.5 bath townhouse is a ten minute drive to downtown Charleston & Folly Beach. Live like a local while enjoying all Charleston has to offer in this home away from home!

Located on James Island in a quiet residential neighborhood, this charming two bedroom, 1.5 bath townhouse is less than a ten minute drive to downtown Charleston and Folly Beach.

Guests will have the townhouse all to themselves. Enjoy the comforts of home with the following:

- A fully stocked kitchen (plate ware, glassware, utensils, a variety of pots & pans, blender, toaster, coffeemaker)
- Wireless internet
- Two flat screen TVs with cable (one in living rm, the other in Master Bed)
- Chromecast on Living Rm TV
- Washer & Dryer
- Bath towels, body wash, shampoo & conditioner, hairdryer
- Beach towels (4), chairs (3), two coolers

The townhouse is located on James Island (Charleston), in a quiet residential neighborhood with easy access to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, Super Walmart, Dunkin Donuts, James Island County Park, several golf courses, Folly Beach, 24-hr pharmacy, Doctor's Care and more!

Less than six miles to the heart of historic downtown Charleston and only 6.5 miles to the beach!

Having your own transportation is highly encouraged.

Uber and Charleston Green Taxi are other methods of transportation to and from downtown and the surrounding areas.

Please note that weekend rates differ from weekday rates and there is special pricing for holidays.

***Any reservation that includes a Friday or Saturday, guests must stay both Friday & Saturday nights***

The following holidays require a different minimum night stay:

- Labor Day: 3 night minimum
- NYE (12/30-12/31): 2 night minimum

Refundable Damage Deposit
A security deposit is collected and only used in the event of damage to the home.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel in writing at least 30 days prior to your reservation start date, you will receive a full refund of the deposit (50% of the total cost). If you cancel less than 30 days out from your reservation start date, 50% of your deposit will be refunded. If you cancel less than ten days out, no refund is offered.
