Church Hill's entire house rental w/ pool & sauna!

- No Smoking inside the house and no parking on front of the neighbors homes. (This is a strict rule. Please note your deposit will be forfeited if you or your guest violate this rule). There is room for up to 4 cars in the drive-way and at the end of the block.
- Pool and spa is closed until further notice. Do not use.
- Noise: (Sun - Thu by 11 PM) & (Fri - Sat by 2 AM) Please ensure the noise and music is lowered to a volume which will not disturb the neighbors/ can NOT be heard from outside. Also, please ask any invited guest to be mindful that the neighbors work in the morning. Loud talking from the porch or blaring horns is unacceptable
- Check-in is at 3 pm
- Deactivate the alarm as soon as you enter the home
- The key to the drive-way gate is in the lockbox
- Never leave any fireplace on when leaving the home
- Turn on the fan above the sauna before using
- Fireplace (living room/master bedroom) there is a switch on the right side of the fireplace in the master bedroom
- Fireplace (bedroom/den) there is a switch on the back, upper, right-hand side of the fireplace
- Master bath door is a pocket door
- Before using the grill in the kitchen, turn on the overhead vent
- Upon check-out. Remove the sheets from beds which were slept on (place on the floor) and put all used towels in the laundry basket
- Housekeeping will be at the property promptly at 11 am the morning of your check-out
- Be sure to set the alarm when leaving the property
- Unauthorized late check-out fee $50 minimum
-Please take out trash when it is full. Don’t leave any trash on the curb or ground.
