Two miles outside historic downtown Newberg, our home, Chehalem Knoll, is located in a quiet community, one block from a city park that hosts a basketball court and play structure. Our beautiful 3000 sq foot comfortable home has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and on suite and guest bedrooms have queen size beds. This home sleeps 6 people comfortably. All bedrooms are one the second floor along with 2 full bathrooms. A bonus room on the 2nd floor includes a 50' TV and DVD player.
The first floor is a great room concept with gas fireplace, laundry room and another full bathroom. Kitchen is fully stocked and dining room seats 6 people. We are small pet friendly - dogs 20 lbs or less with approval. Minimum age to rent is 30 years old.
Explore downtown Newberg's antique shops, the library, and the Newberg Cultural Center or golf at Chehalem Glen golf course. Experience the excitement of the famous July 4th St Paul Rodeo only 8 miles away. Or enjoy a 10 minute drive to over 20 nearby vineyards/wineries (over 200 wineries in our county).
Take a day trips to the Oregon Coast, the Evergreen Space Museum and Waterpark (home of the famous Spruce Goose), more antique shopping, the breathtaking Columbia River Gorge or majestic Mt Hood.
