EVENTS Any event must be approved by host in advance of reservation. Extra event fees may apply. Security or a member of my team will be allowed access to inside or outside the home during event times. Event day and time must be set ahead of time . All events must end by 11 pm. Parties are against Airbnb policy and may result in the entire party being asked to leave the home immediately. Unauthorized parties or gatherings will result in minimum $300 fee. PETS No animals due to severe allergies of owner and cleaner. Unauthorized pets will result in minimum $300 fee. SMOKING No smoking (include tobacco, hookah, marijuana, and e-cigarettes) inside home. When smoking outside please step away from doors to prevent smoke smell from entering the house. Any visual proof smoking insider smell of smoke inside will result in minimum $300 fee. INFANTS Children and infants are welcome. Though the home has standard safety measures, the home is not baby proof. Please take care for safety of infants STAIRS There is one set of stairs going into bonus room. Please watch your step. FIRE PIT Use fire pit at your own risk. We provide wood, lighters, and tumble weed fire starter. Please use fire safety to avoid fires and burns. There is a fire extinguisher in lower cabinet next to refrigerator.
