The most important rules are to have fun, relax, and enjoy your time here! However, we do have a few guidelines to make your stay as great as possible:

PETS
- Please don’t allow your pets on the furniture.
- Please clean up after your pets and ensure they are staying within the boundaries of “The Casita” when they do their business.
- There is a 4' fence, but there's a few inch gap at the bottom for ease of landscaping. If your pet is a jumper or digger, please keep a close eye on them outside.

QUIET TIMES
You’ll be staying in what we lovingly call a “sleepy old Florida” neighborhood. Although you’ll hopefully be on vacation with no sense of time, we ask that you are respectful of our neighbors and their schedules. Pease try to keep a modest noise level from the late evening into early morning hours.

SMOKING POLICY
There is no smoking or vaping allowed in the home. You may smoke or vape outside with all windows and doors closed.

SPA/HOT TUB
Use of the spa is AT YOUR OWN RISK. All guests assume the risks of use and waive the right to file suit against the Owner for any loss, damage, injury or liability that should occur. No diving is allowed. The guest assumes all responsibility for themselves and anyone that they allow to be in the hot tub area. There is no barrier around the hot tub, so children should be monitored when outside at all times. There is no lifeguard. Please be careful when entering or exiting.

FURNISHINGS
Vacation rental is individually and privately owned. Guest is responsible for taking good care of the furniture and appliances. Please do not rearrange the furniture in the unit, or take any interior decorations outside. Amenities such as bicycles, portable crib, highchair, and hair dryer are provided for the Guest’s comfort but Owner is not liable for any injuries caused as a result of using any supplied amenities. Use of all furnishings and amenities are at your own risk. All guests assume the risks of use and waive the right to file suit against the Owner for any loss, damage, injury or liability that should occur. Owner expects Guest to inspect all items before use to ensure they meet safety standards, especially with regard to baby and electrical items.
