Additional rules - Las visitas están sujetas a la capacidad máxima de la unidad. El horario de visitas autorizado es de 10 am a 7 pm y deberán dejar una identificación por persona en recepción - En caso de quejas por ruido en la unidad y/o danos al condominio, se darán las siguientes advertencias: 1er aviso; se notifica al huésped y/o administrador que esta infringiendo el reglamento y/o en caso de continuar, se suspende el servicio eléctrico de 1 a 4 horas según criterio de recepción y/o seguridad. 2o aviso; se sancionara a la unidad con un deposito de 150 USD y/o se pedirá apoyo a seguridad publica. - Esta prohibido el uso de parrillas en las terrazas, balcones y/o alberca . - Esta estrictamente prohibido instalar o usar en sus unidades privativas maquinas o motores, equipos alto parlantes o aparatos de sonido que interfieran con las instalaciones eléctricas o que resulten ruidosos o molestos. - Esta estrictamente prohibido el consumo de drogas o enervantes en el país, a quien se le sorprenda se le consignara a las autoridades. - The visits are subject to the maximum occupancy of the unit. Authorized visiting hours are from 10 am to 7 pm, each visitor must leave an identification card with reception. - In case there are complaints of excessive noise in the unit and/ or damages to the condominium, the following precautions will be taken: 1st notice: the guest (s) and/or administrator infringing upon the regulations will be notified and/or in case to continue, the electricity of the unit will be suspended for 1 to 4 hours, according with front desk and/ or security criteria. 2nd notice; a fine of 150 USD will be charged to the security deposit, including cases where the assitance of the public security is solicited. - It is prohibited to use grills in the rooftop terraces, balconies and/or pool area. - Install or use machinery or motors, speakers or sound equipment which may interfere with electrical systems or which maybe load or bothersome is strictly prohibited in the units. - The consumption of drugs and/or narcotics is strictly prohibited in this country ; any violation will be reported to the proper authorities.No smoking
