Welcome home! This charming & budget-friendly apartment is centrally located & on the second floor of a historic home. Stores, restaurants, library, pubs, and more are just a short walk away. The home is rented for a min. of 1 month and is perfect for travel health care workers, visiting academics, and traveling crew members. Tenant must apply for screening upon booking ($39.95). (Extra charge for second tenant). Sidewalks are shoveled but tenant takes care of own deck/stairs. Welcome to Scotia!
You'll find just about everything you need while staying with us. We love the fact that the home is located in the village but just one mile to the big city. Guests enjoy relaxing on the enclosed porch, private deck, or in front of the large TV which streams Netflix.

There's plenty of family-friendly venues & activities in the area (aquarium, airplane museum, parks, movie theatre, ice skating) as well activities for couples and singles (microbrewery hopping, biking, shopping, dining, boating, a visit to the casino and more!) Even the infamous Saratoga Horse Track is just a half-hour drive while the Adirondacks and Vermont are just an hour away!
