Offering every excuse to hop on the nearby ski lift 10 metres away, this lovely chalet residence for 8-10 provides a superb base for enjoying a fun-filled ski break. The flexible 1st floor accommodation provides a great option for families travelling together, as well as large groups of friends.

The WiFi-enabled retreat benefits from a spacious open plan Living room with SAT TV (with balcony), a contemporary fitted Kitchen and a second, smaller service Kitchen.
Both Kitchens are equipped with a cooker hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, a coffee machine and dishwasher. The larger Kitchen is also equipped with an oven; perfect for those looking to host a family meal.

The 4-bed retreat perfectly sleeps 8-10 and comprises of 2 Bedrooms with two joinable Single beds, a 3rd bedroom with 2 Single beds, a 4th bedroom with Double bed and an extra Double sofa bed in the living room.

Two modern family shower room and laundry facilities complete the internal layout. An on-site ski boot room and Ski boot heater are also to hand. The spacious retreat is situated to the 1st floor of a family-friendly chalet residence. In total 21 external steps lead up to this building level.

The holiday accommodation also boasts 2 on-site parking spaces. Situated along ‘Via Florin’, central Livigno is 6 minutes’ drive away. The location is most perfect for those looking to ski in and ski out during their stay; with the Ski lift nr. 9 just 10 metres away from the residence. Guests are also located within easy reach of the cross-country ski ring.
Livigno also offers an incredible selection of activities, amenities and attractions, aside from the excellent ski runs and Snowboard Park!

As well enjoying tax free shopping Livigno also boasts the largest number of bars and restaurants than any other ski resort, ensuring guests can fully make the most of their flexible self-catering stay!
