Please be respectful of the permanent residents who are your neighbors at all times. - Tampering with any of our security devices on the property will incur a fee of at least $250 or the actual cost of remediation whichever is higher. - Smoking on the property will incur a fee of at least $250 or the actual cost of remediation, whichever is higher. - NO PETS ALLOWED - If a pet is found to have stayed with the guest against our no pet policy a charge of $50 per pet/night will be incurred as well as an extra cleaning fee that can range from $75-$300. - Any additional guests not stated in the reservation will incur a charge of $50 per night for each extra guest. - Maximum occupancy will be 5 guests at ALL times. - Absolutely No Parties Allowed!!! Any parties will result in immediate cancellation of reservation with no REFUND! - No illicit drug use or underage drinking - No eating in bedrooms! - Lock & Close ALL windows/patio doors when vacating - no local bookings!!
