Centrally located comforable and cozy house - Van Nuys

1. We prefer guests over the age of 25 2. We love pets but they are NOT allowed on the premises 3. No smoking (this includes cigarettes, marijuana, vaping, or anything that could create a scent which permeates and lingers in the space). 4. No incense or strong air freshener (this is in the same line as smoking. Anything that could permeate and linger in the space is not allowed). 5. Quiet hours: Monday-Friday 9 pm to 7 am, Saturday-Sunday 10 pm to 8 am 6. No parties or events 7. If visitors will come to visit you during your stay we will appreciate it if you would inform us prior to their arrival 8. No substance abuse or excessive alcohol consumption 10. The host reserves the right to enter guest rooms to clean or perform any scheduled or emergency repairs. 12. Guests should inform the host immediately regarding any damage caused. 13. All supplies are provided for your convenience as a starter. Please restock anything used.
