Rental Rules and Safety Guidelines Agreement

1. Check-in 3:00pm, Check-out 11:00am (Prior approval by owner needed for early arrival or late departures.)
2. Smoking is NOT allowed inside cabin. Smoking is allowed outside only.
3. The Individual that made the reservation must be present during the reservation. Guests are not allowed to exceed the number agreed to in the reservation. People other than those in the Guest party included on the reservation may not stay overnight in the property.

4. No campers are allowed on the property without the Property Owner’s prior permission.

5. The cabin is privately owned; the Property Owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Property Owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

6. SNAKES have been seen on the property. Please use caution and CLOSE all doors when going in and out. Snakes and other pests will get in the cabin.
7. Please do not cut down trees on the property.
8. Please do not move outside furniture around on the deck area.
9. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
10. Pets are NOT allowed. OR PETS are permitted only with prior approval by the owner.
11. Garbage: Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage or recycling receptacle, located outside on the road in front of the cabin.
12. Hot Tub: No children under the age of 12 are permitted in the hot tub at any time, without adult supervision. Use at your own risk. Our housekeepers drain, sanitize, refill and replenish chemicals in the hot tub prior to your arrival. (DO NOT STAND ON THE HOT TUB COVERS. They will break and you will be charged for replacement.)
13. Fireplace: The fireplace is a wood burning fireplace. Use only firewood purchased for fireplaces. Do not throw any paper or other combustible materials in the fireplace. Make sure the FLUE or VENT is open before lighting the fireplace. Fireplace is closed from March 1 through Oct. 1.
14. Outside Fire Pit: Please use downed limbs from around the property to burn in the fire pit. Firewood provided is not intended for use in the fire pit. Do NOT CUT DOWN TREES on the property.
15. Charcoal Grill: Please use only charcoal recommended for charcoal grills in the grill. Do not overbuild fire in grill. Do not move grill around on the deck.
16. Water and Septic: The cabin is on a well and septic system. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper.
17. Cancellation Policy: You will receive a full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is prior to 14 days of check-in. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.


By accepting this reservation, the Guests agree to all of the terms set forth in the above Rental Rules and agree to abide by them. Additionally, the Guests agree to assume full liability or responsibility for injuries or damages which may occur as a result of use of the property or its amenities and agrees that the Property Owners do not assume this responsibility.

If guests do not follow the rules set forth in this agreement, they will be asked to vacate the property without a refund.
