Overview

Our luxury villa, Casa Las Brisas, has a spectacular ocean view from the prestigious North Ridge of Flamingo beach, overlooking the top two beaches in Costa Rica. Our spacious villa has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, private pool and two Master Suites overlooking the ocean. Newly updated bathrooms feature granite, vessel sinks, and brushed nickel faucets. We’ve renovated the kitchen with custom cabinets, granite countertops, a wine fridge, and all stainless steel appliances.

Enjoy views of the Pacific ocean from our private pool featuring native Colombian Coralina stone, or from the upper terrace complete with outdoor wet bar. We promise, the sunset view is spectacular!

Our villa is fully air-conditioned and only a short walk to a mile long beach of pristine white sand that is rated one of the best in all of Costa Rica.

Casa Las Brisas is ideal for family vacations. The 4.5' deep pool is visible from the living and dining rooms as well as the kitchen. There are secure railings on all the terraces and patios. There are cribs, Pack n Play and high chairs available for rent through our property manager.

There is lots of covered outdoor space for those who choose to smoke and ashtrays are provided. Absolutely NO smoking allowed inside.

Parking Included

There is secure parking for three cars or golf carts.

Getting around

Costa Rica has 2 International Airports. The closest airport to Casa Las Brisas and the one we recommend flying into is Daniel Oduber Quiros International Airport (LIR) in Liberia, Costa Rica. It’s a 45 minute drive to the house. The other airport is Juan Santamaria International Airport (SJO) in the Capital city of San Jose. From there it’s a good 4 hour drive to the house.

Rental cars are widely available at both airports. We do recommend an SUV, especially if you’re going to want to do some exploring. Golf carts are handy for getting around Flamingo and are available for rent through our concierge. We have a charging station in the driveway.

Both airports are serviced by all the North American carriers (Delta, American, Southwest, United, Air Canada, etc.) with non-stop service from many US and Canadian cities. It’s an easy 3.5 hour flight from Atlanta, Dallas or Houston and only 2.5 hours from Miami. There are even some direct flights from various cities in Europe.

We discovered Flamingo and wondered who lived in such a beautiful spot…Six months later we were home owners! It’s the best decision we have ever made and it is a true pleasure to explore all that this wonderful country has to offer, and share our slice of paradise with friends and family.

The Casa Las Brisas property manager is located right down the hill. The staff will take you up to the house and get you settled in. Late arrivals after 7 PM need to be arranged in advance.
