Must be 24 yrs old to book. The person booking must use a credit card with their name on it, and they must be of age, and they must stay in the condo with their guests (no third party bookings). We reserve the right to request a copy of ID. No locals. You will be charged extra for excess filth, evidence of smoking or vaping, any missing or broken items, plus potential labor fee. You must follow rules of the HOA as our guest, which includes, but not limited to not hanging or throwing items off the balcony, refraining from use of glass at the pool, etc Unauthorized late check out will incur a fee of $50/hr.
