With an open concept and large kitchen space you and your guests will always be together. Outside, enjoy a fenced in area with Pergola, Patio, fire pit (Coming Soon). Park your boat on the pier and only walk a few steps to get back home.

Lots of entertainment including Foosball; Pool table; Games, etc.
An opened concept area with 4 rooms on ground level. Wheel chair accessible.

Be sure to maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay.
We hope you have lots of laughter and good times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
No illegal substances
Have fun! This is your vacation time and we hope you get the opportunity to relax and visit the surrounding area.

Payment Policy

CHECK-IN time is after 4:00 pm EST and CHECKOUT time is before 12:00 am EST.

SMOKING POLICY: all of our units are NON SMOKING. However, you may smoke outdoors on the patios.

RESERVATION DEPOSIT and DAMAGE/UTILITY DEPOSIT: A reservation deposit is included in your first payment. This deposit automatically converts to a damage/utility deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within 30 days of departure, provided the following provisions are met:

No damage is done to the unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in garbage cans, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher.
All keys are left on the kitchen counter and unit is left locked, unless otherwise requested.
All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
No linens are lost or damaged.

Refundable Damage Deposit

The Guest will be refunded after they have checked out.

Cancellation Policy

In the event that you need to cancel a reservation, Holiday Vacation Rentals must be notified.

There is a 100% refund for cancellations made sixty (30) days prior to the arrival date.

The $250.00 cancellation fee will be applied to any new reservation made.
