Welcome to the Tipsy Turtle located in Midtown Ocean City, Maryland! Freshly renovated one bedroom, one bath coastal style townhome. This unit has been designed to accommodate couples, families, and small groups.
We are located in a private, quiet, canal on the bayside. The townhome is a little over half a mile from the beach and we have a large community pool that gets sunlight all day. The unit has a spacious rear deck overlooking the water with brand new Polywood patio furniture for your enjoyment on summer days and nights.

Boat slip included. Slip can accommodate one 23' boat or up to two jet skis. Canal is very calm even in high wind or poor weather conditions. We can make recommendations on where to launch, and where to keep your trailer during your stay. We are located 4 miles from the Ocean City Public Boat Ramp. Slip is also great to use with kayaks and stand-up paddleboards.
Our place is walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, bars, restaurants, mini golf, Jolly Roger Amusement Park, Splash Mountain Waterpark, and more!

Suitability:
NO SMOKING INSIDE OR OUTSIDE THE UNIT. NON-SMOKING GUESTS ONLY! For health reasons, we cannot accommodate smokers. If you or any one in your party is a smoker, even if it occurs off-site, this unit is not for you. No smoking, no marijuana, no vaping. There will be a $500 cleaning fee for any violations and will be cause for immediate eviction.

Pets of any kind/size are not allowed.
Minimum age for renters: 25
No events and no loud music on decks - Noise ordinances in place
Indoor fireplace is not operable and is not to be used by guests.
