We are not a venue for loud parties. We happily welcome civilized, quiet groups for celebrations, reunions or other events.

Parking is on site and close to the yurts. We have space for up to 6 cars.

The glamping site and buildings are no-smoking areas however a sand bucket can be provided in the car park.
Not Wheelchair Accessible
Our terrain makes it unsuitable for wheelchair users - sorry.

What we supply
We provide hand towels, hand soap and toilet rolls in the bathrooms. There is also a hairdryer in each bathroom.
Guests have their own campfire area, hammocks and picnic table and chairs. There is green space for playing games and outdoor activities. The wooden shelter indoor/outdoor room contains games and space to eat, socialise, play games or be creative.
There is no wifi on the site but roaming/mobile data service is good.

The utility room is stocked with washing up liquid, sponges, cloths, t-towels and hand towels. There is a shared electric kettle, toaster and microwave. Each yurt has a designated fridge for use too.

Getting around

Chipping Campden is served by Johnson's Coaches, Pulhams Coaches and the Hedgehog Community bus. These are rural services so it is important to check directly with the company as they do not necessarily run every day.
The nearest train stations are Moreton-in-Marsh and Honeybourne with Cheltenham Spa being the nearest mainline station.

You will be met upon your arrival and shown around the site and facilities. We will instruct you on using the woodburner, cooker and any other equipment. Please provide your mobile telephone number so that we can be in contact on your arrival day.

Minimum age limit for renters: 18
At least one member of the group needs to be 20 yrs old and will assume responsibility for the group - including any payment if damage is caused.
House Rules
* We are not a venue for loud/lively parties
* There is a quiet site policy after 10pm - no music or loud noises that could disturb others
* Dogs are welcome in Buttercup Yurt only - outside of the yurt area they must be kept on a lead at all times. Any mess to be picked up immediately.
* No smoking or vaping in or around the yurts or buildings, only in the car park
* Booking numbers must not exceed those given at time of booking
* At least one member of the party staying must be 20 yrs old and assumes responsibility
* Extra day visitors must be agreed in advance with a max of 2 visitors and off site by 10pm
* Any damage/breakages (beyond the expected) will need to be paid for

Payment Policy
All payments are taken through Stripe and must be made online at the time of booking.
Refundable Damage Deposit
Damage deposit for those bringing dogs will be taken on the day of the booking starting and refunded within 7 days of holiday end.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation: Please contact us immediately by email if you have to cancel. If cancelling your booking 4 weeks or more in advance we will offer a partial refund if the yurt is re-booked. If cancelling less than 4 weeks before the start of the holiday date, a partial refund may be offered if the yurt is re-booked, at our discretion. We recommend purchasing holiday insurance.
