You will love this tropical oasis pool house with a cabana located within one of the most exclusive communities in the area, and only a 5 minute to Fort Lauderdale beaches.

The house has three bedrooms, a large terrace and the pool area. The property is very tropical plants throughout. There is beautiful bougainvillea outside of the dinning table.

The first Bedroom is the master with a king size bed. This room has a walk in closet and a private bathroom. The bathroom is beautiful barn door.
The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. This room has a french door that leads to the pool area.
The third bedroom has a bunk bed. it also has rollaway bed located in the closet if needed. this room has a french door with direct access to the pool area.

The pool area has a bar that comes with a working refrigerator. There is a outside TV by the bar. There is also a barbecue grill. But everyone's favorite place is the Cabana, which is why the home is called Cabana House!

Guests will have the entire house to themselves!!

The home is located in quiet and upscale community.

*Canyon Restaurant - This place has been a local favorite for years. You will not regret ordering the pan roasted red snapper or the shrimp with grits.
*Tap 42 - Offers various craft beers and cocktails and is my go to spot for the best burgers in the area.
*Riverside Market Place - A beer enthusiast's dream with huge selection of craft beer in a laid back environment.
*The Alchemist - This unique coffee house serves up artisanal coffee along with healthy bites in a charming garden setting.

The house has 2 parking spots in front of the house.
The best way to get around is a rent a car or a ridesharing service like Uber or Lyft.

Pool cleaning is done every Tuesday. The pool company will use the side gate to get to the pool.
Garbage pick up. There are three(3) containers.
Black container: Trash container is every Monday and Thursday
Blue container: Recycling is every Thursday
Green container: Yard waste is every Monday
Bulk pick up is every third Friday of the month
