C3 - Gulf Breeze

1. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property.
2. This is a NON SMOKING property. No smoking of ANY kind is allowed, that includes, marijuana, pipes, cigars, electronic cigarettes, vaporizers.
3. PETS & Emotional Support Animals are NOT permitted at property under any conditions.
4. No parties or events are to be hosted in our home unless previously approved by owner in writing.
5. Check-in time is after 4 P.M. and check-out is 11:00 A.M. No Early Check-ins or late check outs - unless stated in writing by the owner.
6. We require a refundable damage deposit to cover incidentals that the insurance plan excludes. We hold the right to retain the refundable deposit for any damages or excess cleaning. We require the following provisions are met in order to refund part or all of the deposit:
a. No damage is done to property or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
b. No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
c. All check out requirements are completed
- All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in outdoor trash bin
- All soiled dishes are washed and put away with the exception of any left in the dishwasher, with the dishwasher running to clean them
- All used towels and linens are put in laundry area
- All windows and doors are closed and locked, all lights powered off.
- Garage remote is returned (or $25 charge)
- All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
- No household goods, linens, or flatware are lost or damaged.
NO Early check-in before 4pm or late check-out after 11am - unless written permission is given. Late fees will accrue at the rate of $75 per half hour that you are late exiting the home starting at 11:30am. If you leave later than 1:00pm, a full day will be charged.
