Please let us know about your arrival plans as soon as you can. Regular check-in and key exchange hours are from 3pm-8pm. We will try our best, but cannot guarantee to accommodate a later arrival, so please include such information in your booking request.

Please respect your neighbors and do not make excessive noise in your unit between the hours of 10pm and 9am. Enjoy & be respectful of your neighbors who are typically graduate students, medical residents, and university professors. Please, no late night weekday parties or excessive noise anytime.

Parking spots must be reserved at the time of booking by providing your vehicle information (make, model, color, and license plate), even if your listing indicates availability of parking. We can not guarantee availability of parking, if it has not been reserved ahead of time. If parking is not included in your reservation or if you require additional parking spots, the cost is $160/month prorated based on length of stay.

As a self-catering rental, we ask that our guests leave the place in a reasonably tidy condition so that our cleaners will be able to turn the unit around within their allotted time and to keep the cleaning fee low. If a unit requires a significantly extra cleaning (trash or clutter left everywhere, spills or stains on the floors or walls, etc.) we may ask you to pay a surcharge. Any evidence of smoke, burning or entrenched food smells that require professional deodorizing will incur a minimum charge of $200.

No smoking inside your apartment!

While many of our buildings are pet friendly, we reserve the right to approve or reject your reservation based on the type and number of your pets. If you are traveling with pets, please contact us prior to booking and confirm that your pet situation is suitable for this apartment.

If you are planning to have overnight guests at anytime, please make sure your reservation reflects the maximum number of people your stay will include. If there are guests who do not want to share a bed, we can provide a cot for an extra $50 for the length of your stay.

During the challenging times of this pandemic, we do ask that all guests notify us right away if they are sick, have been in contact with someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or is exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19. This allows us to disinfect our spaces and keep our staff and guests safe.

If you wish to extend your stay, no problem, we love when this happens! Just give us 36 hours notice so that we may adjust our schedules.
