This 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath home sleeps 6, has 2 queen beds and 2 single beds, and is located on Whiffletree Ave in Brewster near Rt. 6A. This home sits on 3/4 Acres of land affording a private property in a a Quiet area.

This lovely home is just 1 mile to to Sea Street beach in Dennis on Cape Cod Bay, which is an easy walk to, along a quiet road, making it great for an evening walks to see the best evening Sun Sets over the Bay. For Fresh water swimming, its just a short drive to Brewster’s Ponds at Nickerson State Park or Desirable Scargo which the kids love.

If you’re looking for a Beach with lifeguards try nearby Corporation Beach on Cape Cod Bay.

2 miles away from this lovely home is Sesuit Boat Harbor, a great area to launch your kayak or power boat. At the Harbor are wonderful Restaurants right on the water.

Beach passes are only required for parking so walk in or get droped-off free of charge.

Signed Rental LEASE and a 15% deposit check preferred to be sent directly to homeowner 10 days after booking.

Balance Due 7 days before arrival.

Refundable Damage Deposit

House must be left neat and undamaged to be refunded security deposit

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations not accepted within 14 days of Arrival unless Renter rebooks another date.

The 15% Deposit will be Lost if Renter does not Rebook another date.

Notes

A Lease must be signed. A Signed Rental LEASE with a 15% deposit check preferred to be sent directly to homeowner 7 days after booking. For a Lease sample Call or Text Owner at 203-651-9717.
