We love our home and stay there ourselves. We ask that you treat our home as you would your own and abide by these simple rules: - Guest will need to return a 1 page booking request form with a copy of your photo ID within 24 hours of booking (HOA compliance) - Must be 28+ to book (this is a family friendly cabin not suitable for parties and we must follow all guidelines set forth by our HOA) - Maximum occupancy is 6 adults and 4 children, including infants, or 6 adults - Quiet hours after 10pm - No parties or events - No smoking on the property - this includes the balconies and porch $500 fee - No animals of any kind - $500 fee - No illegal activity on the property - Only registered guests allowed - Damages exceeding the security deposit will be billed to the guest and reported to AirBnB - Rinse off prior to using the hot tub - Failure to follow check out instructions will result in additional cleaning fees - Violation of any of the house rules will result in an immediate termination of your stay without refund *Please let us know that you have read and agree to these rules by mentioning our cabin name (Serenity) in your reservation request* No smokingNo petsNo parties or eventsCheck-in is anytime after 4:00 PM
