ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE WAIVER INCLUDED - In Each Reservation

- There is $500 of accidental damage coverage included per reservation. Guest must make the Host must be aware of any accidental damages for the coverage to take effect.

HOW TO RESERVE YOUR VACATION RENTAL CONDO

• Taxes - 13.11% Florida taxes.
• Check In/Out - Check in is after 4:00 pm. Check out is promptly at 10:00 am
• Pets – Although we love Pets. Pets are not allowed. This is the resorts rule we need to follow.
• Age Requirement - The individual making the reservation must be 21 years of age or older, and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation.
• Trip Insurance (Optional) - Available (100% refund for cancellations for covered reasons)

House Rules

The pleasantness of staying at a condominium resort is greatly enhanced by all in residence have proper regard for the comfort of others. The House manual have been adopted by the Ocean Reef Resort Association: 1. Only Owners and their immediate families may have Pets 2. OCEAN REEF is a no-smoking resort. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all common areas, to include pool decks, walkways, stairwells, sky-bridges, restrooms, exercise rooms, lobbies, and condo unit balconies. 3. Quiet Time is 10 PM to 8AM. 4. All vehicles parked in the parking garage must have a valid Ocean Reef guest parking pass clearly displayed on the dashboard or hanging for the rear view mirror, or an owner decal on the windshield. 5. Outdoor pool and hot tub are open from 9:00AM to 10:00PM indoor pool and indoor pool from 8:00AM to 10:00PM. 6. State laws prohibit feeding birds from balconies. 7. Throwing anything of balconies is a felony offense. No sweeping debris or water from balconies. 8. Do not hang towels or other articles on the railings. 9. Per Local, State, and National Fire Codes, gas or charcoal grills are not allowed in the buildings. 10.
