This is a 4-bedroom, 3 full bath home sleeps 10. (Not more) Unique loft design allows you to feel connected across multiple floors. Relax on the decks, porches, and patio spaces all while being very few easy steps from the lake. Hot tub with overhead cover so it can be enjoyed in all weather.
Starting 2023 - 10% discount for rentals more than 2 weeks. Rentals are Sat-Sat in the summer.
Sleeping arrangements:
Bedroom 1 – Upstairs - Queen bed
Bedroom 2 – Upstairs – 3 Twin beds
Bedroom 3 – Main level – Queen bed
Bedroom 4 – 1st level – Queen bed and bunked twin bed

Cleaning fee listed is for:
Basic cleaning
Hot tub cleaning
Linen cleaning
Hideout registration

House rules-
*All trash needs to be taken to the trash and recycling center up the road from our house.
*Lake/hot tub towels must be washed and put away, or feel free to bring your own.
*All kitchen items washed and returned to their original place. Clean dishes in the dishwasher is fine.
*All watercraft and life vests returned to where you found them.
Home layout:
Upstairs - loft sitting area with TV and reading nook, (2) bedrooms, full bath
Main level - kitchen, dining area, screened in porch, open air upper patio with propane fire pit, (1) bedroom, full bath
1st level - family room with TV, puzzle/game/office table, (1) bedroom, full bath with washer/dryer, walk out to lake front patio.

Grill/ should the propane tank be empty our guests can exchange them at Weis Market within a short drive, and we will reimburse the cost.

The Hideout is a 24/7 gated community featuring 6 bodies of water, public safety, 2 restaurants, a tiki bar, a 9 hole golf and mini-golf courses, private ski slope (with tubing), 2 pools, 2 beaches, (with lifeguards and areas for small children Memorial day-Labor day), indoor or outdoor tennis, pickle-ball, a full recreation center with game-room, and a gym.
