PLEASE READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION BEFORE BOOKING :) Entire home has been painted inside and out!, Newly remodeled master bathroom. Brand new Tempur-pedic mattresses with brand new bedding in each bedroom. Huge closets to store belongings. Fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. Guests have access to entire home except for garage. No garage access, garage is a separate unit attached to home; a guest suite with separate entrance. Park on left side of driveway. Also can park in the grass if needed.

Pets are allowed on a case to case basis with a non refundable pet deposit. Please inquire upon booking.
Other things to note
No Parties allowed. No loud noises, music. Please do not park on neighbors grass or driveway or in front of another house. No events hosted at home.

Refundable Damage Deposit

$500 Damage Deposit Collected Prior to Check in and refunded to guest upon final walkthrough of property by owner or property management team. Refunded within 3 days of check out.

Cancellation Policy

Strict cancellation Policy. Full refund with cancellation within 24 hours of booking. After 24 hours only cleaning fee will be refunded.
