This home has a great, fenced-in backyard for up to 2 dogs. There are also many walking trails and a greenbelt 1 minute from the house. We provide a "Doggy Essentials Basket" in the laundry room, that houses all of the doggy essentials we provide, like: stainless steal food and water bowls, doggy bathroom bags, towels to be utilized on paws / bodies as needed, as well as a door mat to catch any wet or dirty paws tracking into the house incase the weather has been rainy or messy outside. We also provide a doggy bathroom bags trash bin located by the back door. The bin has its own liners to keep the bin clean and to house the doggy bathroom bags for being placed inside the bigger trash bin for waste pick up. In the neighborhood, all dogs need to stay on leash when outside the house or house’s backyard. We hope Cookie and Biscuit feel at home! We take a percentage of our collected pet fees and donate them to our local no-kill shelter: Austin Pets Alive!

Getting around

We are easily accessible due to being close to major roads / highways, as well as near public transportation stops and railway. Driving a car, riding a bike, taking public transportation, or even a ride service to the house and around the area is extremely easy! We have the convenience of being centrally located in Austin without the noise! We are located in the Anderson Mill area. We are closest to 620 and Lake Creek Parkway. You can take 183 and exit Lake Creek Parkway or toll 45 (that turns into 620) and Lake Creek Parkway to get to us. We are a Blue House, hence the name BlueHouseATX, with a big oak tree in the front yard and a bright yellow door.

I’ve been in Austin since 2007. Family, friends, and my rescue dog are everything. I also love to volunteer! I am an avid traveler and love to experience all that each location has to offer (culture, food, sights, etc)

For our guests, I am just a message/text away for any questions you may have or suggestions you may need. The Natalie's Place properties allow for contact-less check-in and check-out. Please let me know if you need to adjust your check-in and check-out times, as we will try and accommodate as best we can.

Check In: 3PM - Flexible
Although we cannot make any guarantees of changes to entrance or departure times, we do our best to accommodate! We offer a contactless, self check-in starting at 3PM on arrival day and check out if by 11AM on departure day. Door access code for front door will be provided a few hours prior to your arrival and will be primarily sent via the booking platform. To unlock: Touch the surface of the keypad with three fingers to activate / awaken the keypad. Type door code and hit lit up check mark. To lock: On the front door keypad, just press the “Yale” button at the top and you’ll hear it lock.

We want you to enjoy yourself, be safe, & have fun, while following these rules:
- Only registered guests of the reservation are allowed on the property.
- No parties or events allowed.
- Please respect our neighbors. Neighborhood Quiet Hours are from 10:00 PM until 7:00 AM.
- Parking is available in the driveway and on the street in front of the house.
- Although the property is suitable for people of all ages, the house is not baby/infant/toddler/child proofed. Refer to liability waiver below.
- Smoking, vaping, etc must been done off property. Additional fees will apply if not: $25 disposal fee per item (I.E. cigarette bud) will be charged & additional $150 cleaning fee on top of the listed cleaning fee.
- Please pick up after your dog. Additional fees will apply if not: Picking up after your dog and accurately disposing of their feces is required. Any animal feces found on the property will result in a $50 fee, per finding. Animal feces must be disposed of properly in plastic bags & waste bin provided. If animal feces are found directly inside the waste bin, a cleaning fee of $75 per finding will be charged.
- Loss or damage to Natalie's Place LED light remote will incur a $50 fee.
- Loss or damage to Natalie's Place light will incur a $900 fee.
- Please leave the place like you found it.
- No third party bookings.
- For our guests, especially with longer stays:
1. Trash & recycle picked up schedule is detailed in printed Welcome Book.
2. There will be no garage access.
3. There will be no mailbox access. If you need to receive mail during your stay, set up a P.O. Box.

All guests, by accepting this reservation, agree to the liability contract below and sent to you after booking confirmation. For all reservations, a house rule document must be signed and/or agreed to by all adults as well as valid, government issued IDs provided, and security deposit provided. These items and documents will be sent / received via DocuSign, email, and/or through other ways of communication like the API platform message system. All names and ages of guests must be provided.

• Liability Waiver: By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. The owners of this property are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises. The owners are not responsible for the loss or damage to any personal belongings or valuables of the guests.
