Location could not be better! Bask in the A/C in this updated charming Victorian home with wrap around front porch. Downtown (5 min walk) Lake Michigan (7 min walk), Boyne/Nubs Nob (10-15 minute drive). Sleeping for 8, there are four bedrooms on the upper level. There is plenty of outdoor seating and entertaining space; patio set, fire pit, and cornhole. This home is the perfect year round vacation home. Petoskey and Charlevoix are less than 30 min away. Welcome to Blueberry Beach House!
This home is so close to golf and skiing. Farmers market downtown in Harbor Springs every Wednesday and Saturday. There is an old fashioned movie theater, boating, fishing, and many other activities a stroll away. Don't forget Michigan's incredible wineries a short drive away. Every season there is something fun to do!

Getting around

You can walk to a bunch of fun places! Movies, beach, downtown, restaurants, shopping, and ice cream. Skiing/golf are close by but you do need a car for those activities.

There isn’t another place in the world I’d rather be than in Harbor Springs. The downtown, beaches, wineries, skiing, golf, food...I love it all! When you stay at a home vs a hotel you get a chance to really get an opportunity to experience your surroundings. My husband and I own "Lumberjack Lodge" and “Blueberry Beach” and decided to rent it out from time to time to give couples and families a place to relax, make memories, and be in vacation mode the entire time. I am always available night or day so please feel free to contact me!
