Overview

A private and quiet beautiful guest home just off the Blue Ridge Parkway and only minutes from downtown Asheville! Get the best of both worlds being just minutes away from all the action of the City or getting into nature with hiking trails and waterfalls in the Blue Ridge Mountains. The rental offers a 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom with WiFi and a private entrance. The front bedroom features a very comfortable queen size mattress. The back bedroom is equipped with a full size memory foam mattress. Hang out in the sun drenched living room and listen to records on the portable turntable and enjoy a cup of fresh brewed coffee or tea outside when you wake up in the morning on the patio. There is also a microwave and minifridge for your needs. We look forward to hosting you!

Check In: 3PM - Flexible

When you arrive, Park in front of the covered car on the right. Door will be unlocked and key on wall hook next to dining table. Key is used for the Door knob (not dead bolt), ONLY and on the street side door ONLY! - Don't leave any food or trash in your car. Bears may try to break in! - Feel free to use the Roku. You will need to sign into your own streaming accounts/apps - There is a plug in space heater in your room - There is also baseboard electric heat in each room you can turn on as needed as well - just ask that you turn any heaters off if you will be gone for extended periods of time. - When you check out, just leave the key on the wall hook next to table/door Cheers!
