Nestled on a beautiful resort in the Tennessee mountains, 'Black Bear Hill' is a unique hilltop, cabin experience! The wrap around porch with wide mountain views and upscale rustic decor will make you say 'wow!' from the moment you arrive. The cabin sits isolated at the very top of the hill making for a quiet, private getaway. Vacation memories are waiting to be made with The Island in Pigeon Forge nearby.

Outside: A wraparound porch with several rocking chairs and a large dining table awaits. It's perfect for casual conversations and taking in the stunning views. Afterwards, retreat to the BRAND NEW relaxing hot tub and continue that conversation. There is also a park style grill for your family grill master to fire up some steaks, burgers and dogs. At the resort entrance sits a small fishing pond for guests' leisurely enjoyment!

The living room: Couches (one being a full size sleeper sofa) and a comfy recliner are waiting for you after a long day of play in Dollywood or Downtown Gatlinburg. The cabin interior and buffalo plaid decor reminds you exactly where you are spending your perfect mountain vacation. An area rug ties the room together and compliments the natural hardwood floors. The knicks in the real hardwoods add character to our charming cabin! There is a flatscreen smart TV with HD cable making for memorable family movie nights. Netflix is easily accessible from the television. The cabin is also equipped with Wi-Fi for laptops and devices.

The dining room: a log dining room table seats six comfortably for meals with family and friends. Silverware, plates and glasses are provided. The table is also big enough for games, office work, or a casual hangout. The dining room is open to both the living room and kitchen, making it the central gathering place for the cabin.

The kitchen: fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils you need to make breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is open to the dining room so you can be part of the fun while cooking for the group at the same time. Wake up to your morning coffee from the Keurig or the drip coffee maker. We also provide: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, and dish soap to get you started!

Main floor bedroom: a king-size bed awaits your weary bones and makes for a restful night sleep. A flat screen TV provides entertainment in the bedroom. An attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo is convenient and private.

Downstairs: at the bottom of a wooden staircase, you'll find a game room and sleeping area. Challenge the kids to a friendly (or ultra-competitive) game of eight ball on the pool table. Check out our brand new arcade table or play Mario Kart on the Super Nintendo! If you're still hungry for entertainment, the foosball table makes for a great time. Relax on the couch and watch your favorite football team on the flatscreen, smart TV while the kids play board games! When it is time to hit the sack, relax on the two, twin bench style beds or full size sleeper sofa. The washer and dryer are located in the game room and a small amount of laundry detergent is provided.

Downstairs bedroom: Adjacent to the game room you will find a bedroom with another comfy king size bed. Soothe those aches and pains or enjoy a glass of wine in the private bathroom. Additionally, we personally ensure that the cabin is cleaned and properly maintained so that your stay will be as comfortable as possible.

*A $250 security deposit hold and signed renter agreement is required to book. This will be collected separately from your booking as a hold.*

*MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD TO RENT. YOU MAY BE ASKED FOR GOVERNMENT ISSUED PHOTO ID BEFORE BOOKING.*

*Owners reserve the right to have contractors address repair issues during your stay. This is rare, but necessary to keep the property good condition for all of our guests. We will notify you if such is necessary.*
