This home is a perfect getaway for a family or a small group as it is located in a private setting, close to Lincoln City and Pacific City/Cape Kiwanda. Outdoor enthusiasts will adore this beautifully rustic Cloverdale vacation rental located on Little Nestucca river, close to a boat ramp and in the middle of wildlife.
There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, one with a King size bed and one with a queen bed. Both these bedrooms have a smart TV. There is a smart TV in the living room as well.
Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a queen size bed and one with 2 twin beds. The occupancy of the home is determined by the county.
The home can accommodate up to 10 guests, including children and infants and up to 2 pets, 45 lbs or smaller. The number of total guests MUST be entered within the reservation, when booking. If at any time you have more than the number of guests that you booked for, you will all be asked to leave and there will be no refund. There is a charge of $25.00 per person in addition to the regular rate, for parties over 4 guests, including children. We do not offer an “a la carte” menu where you can book one night for 6 guests, another night only for 4. You will be charged the fee for the maximum number of guests at any time.
No smoking is allowed inside the home. You are welcome to smoke outside, just make sure to pick up cigarette butts. If the home smells like cigarette or marijuana smoke, we will be charging you an additional charge of $250.00.
THIS HOME IS NOT SUITABLE FOR DRINKING PARTIES! Guests under the age of 21 MUST have a parent accompany them during the stay. The person that booked the home should also be present at the home with their guests.

Getting around
Pacific City is 5 miles North, Neskowin is 5 miles South. Both cities have good restaurants. For an upscale experience, try the beautiful Meridian Restaurant in Pacific City. Try also Greatful Bread in Pacific City or Hawks Creek Cafe in Neskowin for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Lincoln City with it’s many restaurants is 18 miles South. We like to go to Kylo’s or Dory Cove. If you are in search of another good, upscale restaurant, head to Depot Bay and try Tidal Raves.

House Rules
***A maximum of 2 pets allowed, max. 45 lbs each. If we find that you had a pet and you did not let us know that you are bringing a pet, we will be charging you a pet fee of $200 that will come out of your security deposit.
***Please have your pets on the leash when you are on and around the property. Please clean after your pet, tools and bags are provided on the patio.
***Pets should not be left alone in the house. Please take your pet with you everywhere you go.
***If you use the BBQ, please be kind and clean it after yourself and turn off the propane tank. Do not leave the BBQ unattended when cooking.
***There is plenty of parking and we do not mind having a travel trailer parked on the property, however, do not hook up the trailer to water and/or electricity. A maximum of 4 vehicles is allowed on the property per county licensing rules. Please do not have more than 4 vehicles on the property.
***You are on a large property where domestic and wild animals live and may roam around (cows, dogs, elk, deer, bob cats, cougars, geese, ducks, egrets, eagles, owls... Please leave them alone and they will leave you alone...
***There is no recycling service in the area. Therefore, cardboard, plastic, bottles go in the garbage, unless you are willing to take the recycling with you and drop it off at a recycling facility.
***The pricing is set for an average family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children). There is an extra charge per guest of $25.00 per night for each additional guest, if there are more than 4 guests in the party. The maximum occupancy is 10, including all children and/or infants. The occupancy is monitored by the county regulations, please do not ask us to waive the maximum occupancy as it does not depend on us. If we find out that you had more guests at the house than you booked for, we will be charging you a fee of $50.00 per night per additional guest. No smokingCheck-in is anytime after 4:00 PM

The home has a nice yard, large covered carport and patio and abundant parking area large enough to accommodate multiple vehicles, vehicles pulling trailers, boats, etc. The hot tub is serviced by professional hot tub cleaning agency that charges $60.00 for each cleaning. This cost has been included in the cleaning fee.
