Berushka Cottage - Fleischmanns

Not too many rules, just the usual for your safety and wellbeing. You are, however, expected to read the house rules for the listing and abide by them, or you will render your booking invalid.

1. Please be sure you understand the cancellation policies
2. We do not wear shoes in the house and ask that you do the same
3. We have a strict NO PETS policy and a strict NO SMOKING OR VAPING (indoors) policy. If you are non-compliant you will be asked to leave without a refund, and will be charged for added cleaning costs $200.
4. Please acknowledge that since we live in the home, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks behind. Please do not help yourself to anything beyond this list:
-Condiments (ketchup, mayo, etc)
-Spices (salt, pepper, sugar, etc) and food in the cabinet marked "Shared Food" only
-Coffee (in the freezer) & filters
There should not be any alcohol on the premises when you arrive, but if other guests have left alcohol behind and it was not removed by our cleaning staff, please do not consume it. The host does not take any responsibility for the quality of consumables or your consumption these items.
5. Please do not rearrange our furniture
6. Please wash your dishes after use. If dishes are not washed, extra $30 cleaning fees may be applied
7. Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. If there is any accidental damage or spills, etc. please contact us immediately. Note that all damages or missing items will need to be paid for by you before departure or will be deducted from your security deposit.
8. For fire prevention and safety, please do not leave any electrical appliances switched on when they are not in use, or when you are leaving for the day (including air conditioners, fans, hair straighteners and portable device chargers). Similarly, do not leave the wood stove burning when you are away from the home. Please plan ahead for your departure, and be sure to tightly close the front door on the stove, close the flue, and close the air intake (push the lever in the back right of the stove all the way to the right).
9. The max number of persons we can accommodate is 4. We can't host any extra people in our home. If you are found to have exceeded the 4 person capacity without permission, a fee of $100 per person per night will be charged.
10. No parties or gatherings of more than 6 people. Non-guests must depart by 10pm.
11. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund.
12. Only the person(s) who made the reservation are allowed to stay in our home. If you book for other people and won't be present yourself, be aware that we will cancel the reservation upon arrival with no refund. If you're a business or government agency booking for other people, please contact us in advance to work it out. Don't book first and ask later. Thanks!

Lastly, because this is a rental community and also my home when I stay in Fleischmanns, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave.
