Overview

Your home away from home fully equipped with all of the comforts of home. A very family friendly and safe neighborhood. A fully stocked kitchen and each bedroom is equipped with comfortable beds, a dresser, plenty of closet space, nightstands and a ceiling fan.
The Backyard is a wonderful and spacious area to relax. A beautiful pool and jacuzzi and large covered patio area. Lots of comfortable seating including a porch swing and lounge chairs. Enjoy a day Lounging at the pool while you have steaks on the BBQ! Take a swim in the pool or relax in the jacuzzi and enjoy the mountain views with the added privacy of no neighbors behind the home.
My home is newly remodeled with stainless steel appliances, wood flooring, fresh paint and ceiling fans in every bedroom for your comfort. Situated very close (less then a mile) to all major stores and the fwy. A 5 minute drive to Pechanga Casino, beautiful parks and wineries. A 45 minute drive to the beautiful beaches of San Diego and La Jolla.
My backyard is very tranquil and spacious with country hill views and ample privacy with no neighbors behind the home.
You can self check in with a front door code or I am available to meet you at the home if you prefer. I am available 24/7 to help with anything you may need and also available to meet you at the home upon check in if requested.
Guest access ~ All areas of my home are available for you to access.
You will be provided 2 garage remote controls and are welcome to park in the garage or driveway during your stay. There is also plenty of street parking.
*I have a smart tv which allows you to watch Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, live news and much more.

Do not heat the pool. There is an extra charge to heat the pool but the jacuzzi may be heated as often as you wish just be sure to turn it off after each use.

Payment Policy

I accept a certified cashiers check or a direct payment through the Zelle app that can be paid in 2 payments.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Deposit is refunded within 3 days of check out as long as no damage is done to the property.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel 2 weeks prior to your check in date to receive a full refund. After that there will be no refund issued for your stay.
