No outside guests are allowed in apartment that are not on the original reservation. NO PETs allowed. Please don’t sleep with make up on sheets or use wash cloth to remote make up, due to staining. Please ensure to wash off before laying on linen and use paper towel to pat dry. Charges will be charged for damage/ stained to the linens and or wash rags. To avoid additional cleaning fees please remove make up as it applies. Thank you for your cooperation. Guest must maintain common areas the apartment floors are newly installed. This is a awesome and clean home please treat as you would your own home. Please turn off lights and
electronics when not in use.

***Free Street parking is available but you have to look for on Hawthorne st and Brooklyn ave please note that there is a No Standing SIGN on Hawthorne Street and if you park there you can potentially get a ticket for the Violation please pay close attention to the signage**


******Please ensure that you do not loose the door key, any lost key will be a $300 fee to change lock to include install.*******

***NO PARTIES, PHOTO SHOOTS OF ANY KIND***** any guest that hold parties will be asked to leave
and will be charged a $500.00 fee per hour for the hours the event took place.
No additional guests, only the guests that rented the apartment. Any violators will be asked to leave with not refund.
